Who operates this website

Calculator and request preparation

The outbound calculator runs in your browser. Its inputs are not sent to Market OS or saved by the website. Downloading a scenario creates a file on your device. The teardown email preparer also works in your browser; opening the email link passes the prepared text to your chosen email application. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.

When you email us

We receive your email address, name and any business details you choose to include. We use them to respond, prepare the requested teardown and discuss a possible engagement. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or third-party contact lists.

We process requests from prospective individual customers to take steps at their request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For business representatives and other correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not add inquiry senders to marketing lists automatically or sell their information.

Retention

Inquiries that do not become an engagement are deleted within 90 days of the last substantive exchange. If we work together, the contract and applicable legal recordkeeping requirements govern the relevant client records. We may retain limited information longer where necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Hosting and email providers

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and secure the site. Inquiry emails are handled through our Google-hosted business email. Your own email provider also processes messages you choose to send.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable transfer arrangements, including standard contractual clauses where required. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy for their practices.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or visitor profiling on this website. Fonts and site media are hosted with the site. Automated form capture and email notifications are not enabled; this notice will be updated before any new collection method is activated.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email [email protected] to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity and will normally respond within 1 month.

You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or the supervisory authority where you live or work. There is no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects from using this site.
