The Rematch / outbound experiment

Your best campaign.
Put to the test.

Your current campaign against a Market OS rebuild. Agree the baseline, compare the results, and keep the rebuilt system either way.

Rules of the match

An agreed baseline

Your campaign's actual historical performance, pulled from your sending platform, agreed before anything is built. No retroactive goalposts.

An agreed denominator

Positive replies per contacted prospect, defined in writing. Not "positive reply rate" measured against whatever makes the chart look best.

Raw counts decide

Contacted, delivered, replied, interested. Both campaigns report the same chain. If the rebuild loses, the numbers say so and you keep the diagnosis.

Your stack, your data

The rebuild runs on infrastructure you keep: the list logic, the copy system, and the deliverability setup stay with you either way.

What happens after

  1. If the rebuild wins

You have evidence, not a promise. If you want the full installation, the rebuilt campaign is already running as its first live play. If you do not, it is still yours.

  2. If it does not

You keep the rebuilt infrastructure, the diagnosis, and the honest numbers. The engagement ends there, on purpose.

Exact terms, the verdict window, and the stake are agreed on the teardown call, 1:1, before anything is built. The Rematch is deliberately not a self-serve product: it only makes sense with a real baseline worth challenging.

Bring your best campaign.

Start with the teardown. If your baseline is real and the market fits, the Rematch is on the table.
